Google's App will Solve Mathmatics from Pictures!
Google has come up with an AI-powered app that is going to be an addition to their suite of productivity tools. Difficult math problems can be solved very easily with the help of this app.
The new Photomath app has been added to Google's app lineup. The Croatia-based service was bought by Google in May 2022, but it took nearly all of last year to get the deal approved by the European Commission.
Some of Google's services, such as Google Docs or Google Search, already have mathematical problem-solving features, but the new PhotoMath app will make this feature more time-saving and convenient.
Photomath can be used to solve many types of mathematical problems, from trigonometry to calculus. This app is very easy to use. Step-by-step explanations and solutions are available by taking a picture of any equation and uploading it to the app. Besides, by uploading the maths assignment, its solution can also be found. This app is going to be very useful for students as well as parents who check their children's homework.
The amazing thing about Photomath app is that it not only solves the number but also explains the whole math problem step by step. This means that the app can figure out the entire math problem by itself without any additional help. The interesting thing is that this app will work without internet.
Google is also offering a subscription plan for the app called PhotoMath Plus. Subscription plans available for $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annually include extra features like textbook solutions, animated tutorials, and more detailed explanations.
PhotoMath is not a new app. First released in 2014, the app has been downloaded more than 100 million times and has a Play Store rating of 4.5 stars and an App Store rating of 4.7 stars. That is to say, users already like the app quite a lot, thanks to the fast and accurate output of the app.
Many people may already be using the Homework feature of the Google Lens app. PhotoMath's use of powerful AI is expected to be integrated into Lens as well as other Google products soon. This will take text recognition and problem-solving features to a whole new level.
